A while back I was asked to participate in a Podcast about “Living In Intensity”. I loved that topic, because as an entrepreneur staying intensely focused created a consistency that allowed me to build a successful business. Now I am lucky enough to help other business owners do the same thing. When I was younger, intensity made me feel like I was a little bit of an outcast. I always felt ahead of the curve, working at a faster pace than my peers. Now I realize that it allows me to operate at a different level. I absolutely love what I do, being able to strategize and create visions with other business owners. With my levels of intensity, I am able to help entrepreneurs move through their business development a lot faster.

The journey about how I embraced my intensity has been over a lifetime in the making, but very focused in the last 10 years. I love building relationships and being a connector. I found that my personal definition of intensity is moving at a fast pace, keeping up with technology, and that intensity and speed can be one in the same. Staying up to date on the latest trends in technology, advancements, and opportunities help me drive my business forward. Intensity means no excuses. Especially in the past few years, I wanted to play a bigger game. Expanding my presence has allowed me to dive into new arenas which has lead to big results.

One of the magical pieces of being an entrepreneur is being able to express my intensity without censorship. When I was in the corporate world, it was a struggle to authentically express myself. I had challenges with breaking through the glass ceiling, and finding platforms for my innovative ideas. However now as a small business owner I get to use all those strengths to shine.

I love that I am now in a position to own and live in my intensity, no longer having to shift it or try to match it to others around me. I am true to myself, harnessing my power and speed to be effective for my clients. Its truly empowering to stand in my intensity, no longer having to tune it out or hide it. I encourage you to embrace your intensity, find something that fuels your fire, and burn brightly! If you have deep desire in you, whether you know how it’s going to turn out or what it looks like, just go for it and give it a shot! It’s worth bringing that to the world to see what could transpire and take place!
